If your order is placed on a major holiday, it will be processed & shipped on the next full business day.
Orders placed through the website are currently only available for shipping within the U.S. & Canada via either Priority Mail or Express Mail through the USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order has an urgent due date like an event, it would be best to email us before ordering with the date it needs to arrive, so that we can make sure one of those shipping options will accommodate your needs.
If you need an order shipped outside the U.S. or Canada, please email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There are no returns on custom orders in which specific colors or fabrics have been requested.
All returned items MUST be packaged in the same way that they were received, meaning the flowers should be returned in the same casing it was shipped in to include the clear box that the flower was displayed in. This ensures that the flower(s) will not be crushed during the return shipping. Please use the shredded paper provided when repacking your return, because this helps minimize movement inside the box to ensure flowers maintain their shape. Flowers should never be handled by their petals, always handle the flower(s) by their pin.
If an item is improperly packaged on its return trip and crushes in the mail, or if you crush it with your hands by overly mishandling the flower, then no refund will be given.
There are no returns on custom orders where we modified the product based on your request or made from your own fabrics.
To care for your flower and retain the most optimum shape and crispness, please follow our care instructions below.
FLOWER CARE: If your flower gets crushed and misshapen, use steam from a hot iron to steam it back into shape. Before the petals lose their flexibility from the steam, quickly and gently pinch and roll the curves of the petals back into shape.
STORAGE: Always store in a cool dry place, in the case provided, for the longevity of your flower.
